Please provide accurate business and contact information. We review each request individually and may ask for supporting business details. Submitting an application does not create an approved wholesale account or confirm an order.
Pricing & quotations
Wholesale prices depend on the products, variants, quantities, and availability requested. The quotation will identify the currency, applicable charges, and its validity period. Retail promotions do not automatically apply to wholesale orders.
Minimum quantities & product selection
Minimum order quantities and pack requirements are confirmed for the selected products. Size and color combinations depend on available stock. The quantity entered in this application is an estimate, not an accepted order.
Payment & order confirmation
Payment methods, any deposit, and the payment schedule will be stated in the quotation. Please review the invoice and written order confirmation before paying. Credit arrangements or cash on delivery must be agreed separately.
Availability & substitutions
Website listings are a reference for the collection and do not reserve wholesale stock. Product availability is confirmed when the order is reviewed. Changes to the agreed assortment should be confirmed with you before fulfillment.
Shipping, delivery & receiving
Delivery coverage, charges, and estimated dispatch timing depend on the order and destination. Please provide a complete delivery address and inspect the shipment on arrival. Any cross-border shipping arrangements and related charges require confirmation.
Damage, shortages & returns
Contact our team promptly if items arrive damaged, incorrect, or short, and retain the packaging, order reference, and photos. Wholesale return eligibility, reporting periods, and any remedy will be detailed in the agreed order terms.
Changes & cancellations
Request changes or cancellation as early as possible. Whether a request can be accommodated depends on the order stage and any production or shipping commitments. Applicable costs and conditions should be agreed before the order is confirmed.

Describe the channels where you plan to sell. Any use of AMRISS logos, product photography, or claims of authorized distribution should be agreed with our team. Exclusivity and territory rights require a separate written agreement.
