Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Amriss, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with clearance/flash discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Return or Exchange

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available).
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error from Amriss. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Amriss is not responsible for items lost in transit.
